Fusion

Fusion is a blend of two of the earlier series, HIIT'n'core and HIIT'n'ranges. You still have the benefits of increasing your range but there is phases of the workout that will push you out of your comfort zone from a cardio point of view. Each session lasts 30 minutes and you feel great from the cardio section but also confident in how you move.
