The Matrix Challenge
Ever had that feeling where you don't know if its a dream or its real?
Well this is a real!
The Matrix - learn and complete the challenge, timing yourself to give a target to aim for!
Over a four week period you'll have four 30 minute episodes to do, you can either do one a week or if you want to push your limits further complete it as suggested below:
Week 1 - Episode 1
Week 2 - Episode 1 and 2
Week 3 - Episode 1, 2 and 3
Week 4 - Episode 1, 2, 3 and 4
Finally complete the challenge where you'll see an improvement in your muscular endurance, movement patterns and completion time.
