The HIIT series are our on demand classes and last 30 minutes each. The classes don't need any fitness equipment and anything that is used can be found in your home.
In this series we'll not only give you great workouts but give you ideas on how to get stronger without having to use loads of weight. We'll share techniques with you so that keep your muscles are working under constant tension and getting you to fatigue.
