The Office
If you've already completed our HIIT'n'ranges series then you will have noticed an episode called The Office, here we take the episode and create it into a series which is based around moving to help you feel free while working those long days.
The sessions last 30 minutes and work on increasing range of motion around the hips, spine and shoulders so you feel comfirtable with anything work has to throw at you.
