The HIIT series are our on demand classes and last 30 minutes each. The classes don't need any fitness equipment and anything that is used can be found in your home.
The HIIT'n'ranges class is built to improve your movement skills, it's low to moderate intensity and is perfect if you want to increase your range of movement.
