The session challenges your core to work hard in long ranges and plays with different energy systems to push you to your limits of fatigue. The class finishes with the endorphins flowing and a great sense of achievement, working the core in long ranges means you’ll still be feeling the effects days later.
Sunday 11:45am - 12:30pm
The session is based around different ranges and planes of movement to challenge both your flexibility and power. If you’re recovering from injury, looking to build confidence in your movement patterns or you want an insight into how your body is feeling then this is the perfect session for you. You’ll finish the session with your movement feeling free and easy.
